What you should know
Estimated Guests, we are your directly Rental-Partner and we give you some important Information about our Booking-System and Regulation.
Booking or Reservation for a Holiday Flat:
If you send us a request of Reservation, at first we send you a pro-forma-Booking-Document about this, you have to confirm us, via E-Mail, if your Booking is OK ???
Please transfer us an advance payment between 3 days after your Options-Confirm.
The receipt of your payment is a conclusion of a Rental-Contract
The residual amount is due for payment ca.30 Days before beginning of Rental.
Please take care of a Security Deposit (cash-payment 300.-€uro)
The back payment, if don’t have any damages. of this Deposit will be on Departure-Day, between 8.00h and 10.00h a.m.
The indicated Rental Price are calculated for a Week „Saturday ÷ Saturday“ pro Apartment and for the currently Saison.
No additional charges for: Electricity/Gas/Water and Bath-Towels & Bed-Linen.
Tail-End and Space-Heating, cash payment by check out.
€ 10.- p/Person Heating € 10.- minimum p/Day
Please take care of your incoming-time, Check-In between 16.00h and 18.00h p.m.
Check-Out between 08.00h and 10.00h a.m.
Cancelation of an Rental-Order:
- Until the 60. Day of Rental-Beginning , the total advance-payment.
- Until the 45. Day, 50% of the Rental-Order.
- After the 45. Day, 100% oft he Rental-Order.
The Cancellation is valid only by Letter or per E-Mail !
The number of Participants must coincide with a confirmed Booking.
It is not possible to be more or to take an domestic-animal without a consultation with us .
